What happens if the washing machine breaks down?

So for the first couple weeks the washing machine was broken and as you can see we were running out of underwear... so we had to wash by hand and dry them on a clothes-line. Mom (Jason's), I now know what you are talking about. It's tough work! I worked up a sweat, my arms were sore, and my back hurt the next day. Just another commodity we take for granted!!!

So my question is, do you still use a different towel for every shower, Jason? Lack of a washing machine might change you, but who knows!

Well to answer your question... yes it has changed me and I'm lucky to wash my single towel once a week. Anyway, it's a good eye opener.

I need to show Ash this post (smile)! Jason, I remember when you and Nick where in that house and Jen and I came over and I noticed that all your bath towels were rolled so neatly. . . I think even then you were preparing for this trip. Everyone knows you can fit more in a suitcase if you roll your clothes. . . a strategy for washing clothes few and far between. . .except then you have more to wash when you finally do . . (yikes) I bet your mom is smiling at your realization, Jason!! Also, where are the pics of Jen slaving over the clothes line?? Hummmmmm. . . or did she smooch her way out of it!? (just kidding!) Have fun washing!
